My Summer

This summer my family went out to our beach house near Rockaway Beach. Every summer on the Fourth of July our block holds a huge party, with a buffet of Hawaii food, a whole pig, a cuban band, and way to many fireworks. This year was our neighbor Frank's 75th Birthday, which happens to be on the fourth of july. I had so much fun hanging out with some of my closest friends and introducing the three new puppies on the block. Sadly it had to come to an end and the rest of my summer was filled with driver's ed classes. My family and I will continue to go to the beach all year round, but being in a tucked away neighborhood, it's never as crowded with friends as the Fourth of July.
